Dell Employer Brand

Dell needed an employer brand, something that evoked trust, innovation, and fun. During a meeting, we discussed how candidates often said, “It sounds like an interesting place to work.” We took the “sound” aspect and turned it into the campaign: “This is what a career at Dell sounds like.”
