MemorialCare HospitalMemorialCare Hospital System wanted a fresh way to get internal candidates applying for jobs. Most of these employees regularly use iPads, so we created an app deployable to iPads and iPhones that tests the skills and instincts each department values in candidates.
This screen gets some information about the candidate.
This is where they can choose the department where the candidate is interested in. Like a choose your own adventure.
A video starts to play when a selection has been made. for this example, Emergency was selected.
At some point in the video, there will be a selection or quiz.
Pick the wrong answer and a message will come on telling you why that was an unwise selection.
Pick the correct answer and you'll get another challenge/test.
when you do the test correct, you move on.
In this example, they are instructed to do chest compressions. They can move the ipad up and down to start.
while your doing the movements, you'll be encouraged or be told to slow down.
If you do a great job, you'll be congratulated that you saved a life.
